Sean and I were out driving around the other day and came across a semi-abandoned building that looked interesting, so we got out of the car to explore….it turns out that this old factory building was once upon a time, the home of the Pflueger fishing lure company. Pflueger’s first factory, in fact. Prior to that it was a small part of the Werner publishing empire…Most of the complex burned to the ground many years ago, and besides “Werner’s Castle” this is pretty much all that remains.
Half of the building is still abandoned, the other half seems to have been converted into housing….How awesome it would be to live here!
